Our Seasonal Produce Cooking Classes have ended for the season. The new series will start up again sometime in late April - early May.

Wellspring Cooking Class Manifesto
In keeping with our commitment to support local producers and sustainable growing practices, all food used by chefs and instructors in our cooking class will meet the following standards: - All produce is fresh from Wellspring’s Certified Organic Gardens, or other Certified Organic and GMO-Free growers. Organic meat and dairy will always be used; local and pasture-raised products will be used whenever possible.
