Signing Up When you sign up, a secure, online member profile is created for you with your share options, your pick-up location, and your account activity. You can view and edit your account, change your pick up location, credit card info, or password and even place a vacation or suspension hold just by signing in to your account.
You can sign up online (link), over the phone, or using one of our sign up forms. Online sign up is strongly encouraged.
Payments We have several payment plans available upon signup. If you have any questions contact Caleb at the contact listed below. You can pay with any of the following options, however we suggest the first two - Your Farmigo Member Portal (Link) - Check (Made out to Wellspring, Inc. and mailed to 4382 Hickory Road, West Bend WI 53090) -Paypal (Board@wellspringinc.org) - Phone via Credit Card (Call Caleb at 262-689-9938) - Cash (On farm drop off)
Our online signup and payments are run by Farmigo and your information is stored securely by Authorize.net. Over the phone payment documentation are removed once processed.
Picking Up Your Order Please remember to pick up your order or have a friend or family member do so. Please be sure to take the time to thoroughly describe the process to them. When you pick up at your selected location, check in at the front desk or request direction from a staff member. Every location is laid out a bit differently. Please sign next to your name on the check list. We ask our members to do this so you can be sure you are on the list and scheduled for a box. It also helps us solve any issues that may come up with another member. Be sure to bring a bag to transfer your items to. Watch the video (Link here) to learn how to properly break down the boxes. This will save both you and us money! You can check with a present staff member to see if there is anything unique about that dropsite.
Missing Your Pick Up If you miss your pick up, call the store when they open the following morning to see if your box is still available for pick up. Our pick up stores are our partners in distribution, however they also have their own business to operate. It is already generous of them to share their space with us. Many of the dropsites host other CSA farms, once they start holding boxes for multiple days utter chaos is sure to ensue. We suggest making friends with your dropsite host, that usually helps create some flexibility. If you are not able to pick up your box, it will be donated to an interested party. We’re sorry but we cannot give a credit for boxes that are not picked up; but don’t worry, the produce will not go to waste.
Changing Your Pick Up Location If you want to change your pick up location, please do so 2 days before your pick up day. If you switch and then want to switch back, you’ll need to log into your account again to do so. Vacation and Suspension Holds – You may put your pick up on hold by logging into your account. Please do this before midnight on Sunday for the coming week.. For emergencies, call Caleb at the contact below.
Communications Wellspring communicates with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment or to remind you of a scheduled pick up. Sometimes we will need to send out alerts about your order or inform you about happenings on our farm. By becoming a member of our CSA, you are agreeing to open and read all email communications as soon as you see them since much of the information is time sensitive. We can’t communicate with you if you don’t participate.
Refunds Members may cancel their subscription at anytime; however we cannot offer refunds for shares after three weeks before the beginning of the season (the first delivery day). Once you join our CSA, you are committing to the entire (20-25 week) season
Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time, giving us 2 days notice before your pick up day by contacting Caleb at the link below. Please request a confirmation email back confirming your cancellation. You can also opt to donate the box.
Holiday Changes We will give you plenty of notice about holiday date changes.
Leaving Your Box Please leave your box when you pick up your CSA share. Many locations have box holders available. This helps us reuse, reduce and recycle.
Newsletter Be sure to read the weekly newsletter and follow recommended handling and storage tips. We guarantee fresh produce and can stand behind the quality of the items that leave the farm. Improper secondary handling can greatly reduce the storage life of the produce.
