We have three varieties to choose from:
"Aroma" - green Genovese type, classic for pesto
"Rosie" - purple, similar to Geno, but more resistant to oxidation. Much better for drying than any of the others.
"Cinnamon" - A sweet Thai basil with a purple stem and flower and green leaves. Unique sweet cinnamon flavor.
