Our flock of ducks is kept small and raised on pasture and pond. They are organically fed and forage abundantly on our certified organic property.
Duck eggs are uniquely creamy, due to their high fat and protein content. However, they can be used in place of chickens eggs for any recipe, any way you want to cook them, at a 1:1 ratio, even though they are slightly larger than most chicken eggs. Most people say that they either can't taste much of a difference, or that it just tastes like a really good chicken egg. Try them for yourself and see!
